A bit of news

Dear Friends, it is such a privilege to share these weekdays with you in God’s Word.

I trust that your Easter weekend was a glorious, joyous celebration. Ours was! Gayle and I were privileged to be at the Sunrise Service at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC, where thousands have gathered on the Mall each year for 34 years to celebrate the Resurrection with Pastor Amos and Sue Dodge of Capital Church. It was a glorious morning and an unforgettable experience of celebration. I have reflected on a great Easter promise, “We live with wonderful expectation because Jesus Christ rose from the dead.” 1 Peter 1:3 NLT. Easter is a promise kept that in all things and at all times, there is hope.

From here, I will  be continuing for a time of ministry in England and Bulgaria. I will be ministering in England at Reigate Baptist Church, and at Friends Church with Pastor Lusi and Svetla Arsov in Sofia, Bulgaria. Pastor Lusi has been translating and distributing EveryDay Life for Bulgarian readers about two years. An invitation has been sent to readers of  EDL there in the Sofia area, hoping that some might visit the two teaching times.

I would ask your prayers for the times of ministry in Reigate, England and Sofia, Bulgaria. My heart is to minister effectively and encourage and deepen a love for God’s Word in people’s hearts. As a result, my writing and sending the daily devotionals will be unpredictable with travel and ministry commitments. It could be about two weeks before these may resume. During these next days, why not use the website archive (www.allenrandolph.com) of more than 750 Bible verses and topics available there? I will try to send EveryDay Life as I can, but probably not every day.

I appreciate you and rely upon your prayers for the Word of God to be shared with integrity, and with the direction and anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Blessings, Allen Randolph
